En 2017 foi nomeado presidente da comisi\u00f3n da Reserva Mari\u00f1a de Dragonera e \u00e9 representante do CN-IEO en diversos comit\u00e9s de Reservas Mari\u00f1as do Estado Espa\u00f1ol. \u00c9 membro experto en comit\u00e9s europeos da Rede Natura 2000 e realiza numerosas tarefas de asesoramento aos ministerios espa\u00f1ois en materia de ecolox\u00eda mari\u00f1a, \u00c1reas Mari\u00f1as Protexidas e impactos da pesca artesanal. De 2022 a 2025 asumiu as tarefas de articular a integraci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica do IEO no CSIC como vicedirector cient\u00edfico do Centro Nacional. Na actualidade, lidera un equipo integrado multic\u00e9ntrico no CN-IEO para avaliar o Bo Estado Ambiental do litoral estatal. Foi coordinadora do departamento de Socioeconom\u00eda do CETMAR durante m\u00e1is de 20 anos. Iniciou a s\u00faa carreira como asesora t\u00e9cnica para temas legais do departamento de Pesca da Xunta de Galicia. Desde 2013, \u00e9 experta xeogr\u00e1fica e contacto para Espa\u00f1a na Rede Europea FAMENET, unidade de apoio \u00e1 DGMARE no desenvolvemento local participativo a trav\u00e9s dos Grupos de Acci\u00f3n Local de Pesca. <\/p>\n
Desde o CETMAR, liderou e participado en numerosos proxectos europeos sobre sustentabilidade pesqueira, gobernanza, competitividade e cadeas de valor do sector pesqueiro e acu\u00edcola; desenvolvemento local participativo; cambio clim\u00e1tico, #etc, colaborando con numerosos equipos de diferentes pa\u00edses europeos. Colaborou con organismos internacionais como a FAO e a UICN, e en proxectos de cooperaci\u00f3n internacional sobre capacitaci\u00f3n de mulleres na pesca e acuicultura en pa\u00edses como Vietnam e Senegal, ou en proxectos de irmandamento en Rumania e Bulgaria. Forma parte do grupo de Traballo de Pesca da CRPM. <\/p>\n
